Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered goods. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons of customer preference.

Reporting an Issue

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including photographic evidence.
  • Missing Deliveries: If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, you must inform us on the same day so we can track it. We cannot be held liable for unreported delayed deliveries.

Refund & Replacement Policy

  • If a refund is approved, we will process it within 30 days via the original payment method.
  • If a replacement is needed, we will arrange for a new shipment at our discretion.
  • If a return is necessary, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the fault lies with us.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Refunds will not be granted for:
    • Orders that were delivered correctly but are no longer wanted.
    • Issues arising from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
    • Delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

Delivery & Logistics

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, including:
    • Strikes, weather disruptions, customs delays, or third-party courier issues.
  • If an incorrect address was provided, a replacement order can be arranged at the customer's expense.
